Eddie in the Zoo

The author, during a visit to a zoo with her young daughter, noticed that she was fascinated by the bats. Her daughter questioned if the baby bat felt sad at missing out on the day because he was asleep. As she gazed at him dangling upside down sleeping, she asked, “If he sleeps all day, what does he do at night?”

Inspired by this question, the author wrote her daughter a book… Eddie in the Zoo.

Autorul, in timpul unei vizite la o gradina zoologica cu fiica ei mica, a observat ca era fascinata de lilieci. Fiica ei s-a intrebat daca bebelusul liliac se simtea trist ca pierde ziua, pentru ca dormea.
