30 Days of Prayer

The book of Psalms is filled with prayers God has given us to show it’s possible to pray without ceasing---but only if we let go of our ideas of what we’re supposed to feel and say when we come to Him. The psalmists talked to God about the past, the future, and asked Him for strength and forgiveness and rescue and justice in the present. We can, too.
