Forgotten Adoption Option

Regardless of how our paths have crossed, I am eager to share how my husband and I adopted a pair of siblings without spending thousands of dollars or doing a single fundraiser. Understanding "how" to adopt through foster care took my husband and me five years to untangle the process. Along the way, we shared what we learned with our friends and several of them have either adopted or connected us with others they know to learn how we did it. It makes me wonder how many kids will find forever families if I wrote down our story and shared it with you.
