Positivity

Drawing on more than twenty years of scientific research into positive emotions, the author shows us that attaining positivity is not about striving to be an annoyingly and unnaturally cheerful 'Pollyanna'. It is about putting into practice the '3-to-1 ratio' of positive to negative emotions.
