Self-Care for Latinas

Following the success of Self-Care for Black Women, Self-Care for Latinas is a response to a call from the community. These 150 exercises will acknowledge shared experiences, celebrate different Latine cultures, help Latinas put their wellness first, revitalize their outlook, improve their mental health, eliminate stress, and self-advocate.
