In the 25th Century the British Space Empire thrives in Earth's corner of the Milky Way. The only threat is the gathering menace of the evil Ghast Empire whose arachnoid stormtroopers are hell bent on galactic domination and the extermination of all humanoid life.

In secolul al XXV-lea, Imperiul Spatial Britanic prospera in coltul Pamantului din Calea Lactee. Singura amenintare este amenintarea tot mai mare a maleficului Imperiu Ghast, ai carui soldati de asalt arahnoizi sunt hotarati sa domine galaxia si sa extermine toata viata umanoida.
