Transforming the Public Sector

This study details the international transformation of the role of citizens and analyses the impact of these changes for citizens and public sector organisations and managers. The findings are central to the transformation of the citizen but also to the shape and structure of the public sector as a whole.

Acest studiu detaliaza transformarea internationala a rolului cetatenilor si analizeaza impactul acestor schimbari asupra cetatenilor, organizatiilor si managerilor din sectorul public. Constatarile sunt esentiale pentru transformarea cetateanului, dar si pentru forma si structura sectorului public in ansamblu.
