Waverley

Edward Waverley, a naive, sensitive young man, is posted to Scotland with his regiment, and becomes caught between the clans of the Jacobite Rising and the forces of the Hanoverian regime. He must decide whether he will follow the civilization he has always known, or be drawn into an older world of honour and loyalty.

Edward Waverley, un tanar naiv si sensibil, este detasat in Scotia cu regimentul sau si ajunge prins intre clanurile Revoltei Iacobite si fortele regimului hanoverian. Trebuie sa decida daca va urma civilizatia pe care a cunoscut-o dintotdeauna sau va fi atras intr-o lume mai veche, plina de onoare si loialitate.
