Why Care?

We live in a changing world in which organizations find it increasingly difficult to stay ahead of the changes needed to be successful without thriving people. The authors believe that when people are valued and respected it makes them more motivated to help meet the purpose and objectives of the organization and adapt to external drivers.

Traim intr-o lume in schimbare, in care organizatiile considera din ce in ce mai dificil sa fie cu un pas inaintea schimbarilor necesare pentru a avea succes fara oameni care sa prospere. Autorii considera ca atunci cand oamenii sunt apreciati si respectati, acestia devin mai motivati sa contribuie la indeplinirea scopului si obiectivelor organizatiei si sa se adapteze factorilor externi.
