Project Stakeholder Engagement provides concepts and frameworks which can help the reader get insights on the project's stakeholders, and how to engage them. It also gives suggestions for how to identify and understand the stakeholders, and how to can create an engagement plan with communication and other activities.

Implicarea partilor interesate din proiect ofera concepte si cadre care pot ajuta cititorul sa obtina informatii despre partile interesate ale proiectului si despre cum sa le implice.
