The Company Democracy Model

Company democracy is often misunderstood in the business context as democracy is normally related to politics. In this book, the authors present a different dimension in which they focus first on employees and their work context and then give them new possibilities to understand democracy from the company floor level.

Democratia in cadrul companiilor este adesea inteleasa gresit in contextul afacerilor, deoarece democratia este in mod normal legata de politica. In aceasta carte, autorii prezinta o dimensiune diferita, in care se concentreaza mai intai pe angajati si contextul lor de lucru, apoi le ofera noi posibilitati de a intelege democratia de la nivelul intregii companii.
