Human Resource Management in Early Internationalised SMEs

Until now, researchers investigating the accelerated internationalisation of SMEs have focused on the human capital of decision-makers or selected attributes of employees. This book attempts to contribute to the body of knowledge concerning HR practices in early internationalised SMEs with an emphasis on the post-entry phase.

Pana in prezent, cercetatorii care investigheaza internationalizarea accelerata a IMM-urilor s-au concentrat pe capitalul uman al factorilor de decizie sau pe anumite atribute ale angajatilor. Aceasta carte incearca sa contribuie la corpul de cunostinte privind practicile de resurse umane in IMM-urile aflate la inceput de drum cu internationalizare, cu accent pe faza de dupa intrarea in domeniu.
